Level Master Concrete Floor Leveling

Lucas at Level Master was recommended to us by Buddy at D&J Flooring after an unfortunate incident in our basement suite. We were hoping to replace the existing flooring with something other than carpet, but our 100+ year old house had a basement floor that was a bit like a rolling ocean and a low ceiling to add to the challenge. Lucas assessed the situation and was very honest about the limitations we were facing. We were presented with the options available and no time did Lucas give us unrealistic expectations. Having said that, after being faced with a few unexpected challenges, the job went ahead on schedule and turned out amazing! We were able to install a beautiful vinyl plank floor in the living areas, carpet in the bedrooms and it all looks amazing. Lucas was recommended by our contractors to look at the concrete floors in our new-to-us home in Richmond, which is being renovated. We had obtained a quote from another company who seemed to think the job was daunting and overwhelming. After some searching on the internet I found the Level Master Website. When I called and explained the situation with our very uneven floors Lucas explained the process. He agreed to drive out to Abbotsford and take a look at the job. We discussed all options and booked the date for the work to be done.
When the crew arrived to do the work they were all very pleasant and focused on the task at hand. They did great work and I can't believe how level and even the floors are now.

I hired Lucas and his team to level the main floor at my house, which was undergoing a fairly large renovation. When my contractor demoed the existing flooring, we discovered that the floor was fairly unlevel and due to the age of the home, the tiles adhered fairly strongly to the subfloor, resulting in many gouges in the subfloor when the tiles were finally removed.

Level Master applied a moisture barrier and levelled our basement floor in August so we will enjoy a comfy dry family room this winter. I spent ages trying to find a solution for a damp concrete floor before the trail led to Lucas and Level Master. He impressed me with his knowledge of the right product for our situation and the time he spent scoping the project. The floor now is amazing! Level Master did an outstanding job of fixing our floor, it looks like new. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Lucas to come in and level off our apartment so we would be able to install our hardwood flooring. He was very punctual, professional and understanding of our situation. We needed quite a bit of leveling done because the apartment is roughly 1,000 sq ft. He made sure that everything was smooth and level.
