PINOY TILE Contracting

In the midst of our problem on the first contractor (who abandoned the work after doing some demolition, concrete works and after getting the advance payment) whom we hired to renovate our master bathroom.

We've asked Pinoy Tile and Stone to Complete the renovation work left by the previous contractor. Peter the owner agreed without hesitation and completed the work. He is very professional and the work done exceeds our expectation.

Excellent work! Pete and his team are highly efficient. I had a leakage problem that lead to the total renovation of my bathroom. They changed all the pipings and made me a beautiful bathroom with considerations of all my requesitions. Job well done on time.

We started our bathroom reno April 3rd, and our previous tiling guy did such shoddy work that we let him go. Luckily for us, Peter was available June 4. He and Edgar are true pros- they did a shower, glass accents, tub, baseboards and fixed up the floor mess from guy#1. All in 3 1/2 days too! The quality is top notch, making our new bathroom look stupendous. We recommend them very highly- Salamat!

Peter is really pleasant to work with, he really cater to all your needs in regards to the project. He his honest and really meets the dead line.

Hired Peter after meeting with him and sharing my vision on what I wanted. He had no problem with the tasks at hand and competed a week ahead of time. When your doing tile in shower base and curbs you have to be extra careful as membrane can be damaged. Peter made sure that he would not damage any thing and he didn’t. Peter and his team are very good at laying tile and he gets the work done well. He’s professional, reliable, and very helpful. You will pay a premium but he will not rip you off and charge you extra. I looked at tiles for months prior to selecting a tile and Peter come with me to the shop to give me piece of mind that the tile I was choosing was a good tile...HE CARES about his customer when many contractors only want to get paid and move on to the next job. I would recommend Peter and his crew and he will be coming back and doing additional work for me. Peter will share pictures of hist work through his phone as well, if requested which is very good.

Our bathroom renovation was beautifully done. Peter was very accommodating with our preferences and open to suggestions. His contract cost was not the cheapest among the contractors we asked for quotation, but the quality of the work done was awesome. Project was done on time as well. We put in heated tile floors in the bedrooms and bathroom and updated the bathroom tile. We had some issues that made it difficult to install (floor was uneven by several cm in some places as the house had settled, lots of cracks in the cement, uneven walls not completely perpendicular to the bathtub) but they were able to work around these and give us a great looking result. Professional and highly recommended.

Overall very satisfied with Peter & Pinoy. I would hire him again if I have another project.

We got quotes from a few people. His wasn't quite the cheapest, but I could tell he was more organized and experienced, and for this kind of investment I wanted someone reliable.

Peter was great at keeping communication going throughout the project. There were quite a few details that I hadn't thought about ahead of time, and he would ask and do his best to accommodate as we went along.

The work was of high quality, especially the tiling. He also knows where to procure different materials.
