Tom, the owner, provided exceptional customer service from the onset of this project to completion. His patience, extensive product knowledge and advice were invaluable while selecting Stage curtains and window treatments. He addressed all queries thoroughly and quickly. Tom provided regular progress updates regarding Fabric arrival and the manufacturing process. Our site wasn't ready which meant the Drapery installation had to be postponed; more than once. Tom was incredibly accommodating and he went above and beyond to ensure the end result was perfect. He steaming the drapes to remove the unwanted folds from storing the Drapes, and steamed them again after one of the Trades tied them up. He even comes by every now and then to make any adjustments he feels are necessary. I don't know how you top that!

I had solar roller shades done (one motorized for a difficult to reach window) for half the windows. These blinds offer the perfect medium between view and light filtering - suggested by Tom after listening to my expectations. Layered roller shades were done for the other half, suggested by Tom when I asked for blackout for the summer months but light, view and privacy at other times. My expectations were perfectly matched by blinds and didn't really know existed.

Because of the rather unique layout of our house we required custom curtains. This required exact measurements and angles and thus required special orders from the different manufacturers. Although it required several manufacturer's updates such as obsolete stock, missing pieces or wrong sizes Tom made sure that everything was to our expectations and more. I can't say enough in praise of Tom for his patience, professionalism and perseverance to make everthing right.
