I purchased a WagJag voucher for a 15-register duct cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning, at least that is what the offer was for. When the two workers came to my house, after postponing me that day 3 times, thank God I had a day off, one went downstairs, once proceeded to count the registers, in which he included the returns. So from being at 15 registers per the offer, now I was over because of the returns. That's fine, no big deal. Then they called me downstairs and proceeded to tell me that without actually cleaning the furnace of builder's dust and the a/c unit, there was no point them cleaning my ducts because dust will be back. They will throw in rotor cleaning of the ducts, which, if you ask me should be included, otherwise what is duct cleaning? I'd like to know. Anyway, those two services were $400 plus tax above in beyond my $90 voucher and they would "throw in" the rotor duct cleaning. This is "switch and bait" at its best. Whether they were right or not, this isn't the way to do business. Basically, they get you to buy the voucher and then they come and tell you the service actually costs more. As opposed to me calling 10 companies from here to give me quotes for free to pick one that I want, they get their foot in the door and make you spend more, whether it's necessary or not. I also did not like their attitude and they charged me another $28 including tax for just coming to my door, even though late. I don't think companies like these should be in business and people should be wary of them and their business practice and tactics.

Did my duct cleaning with this company, excellent service. The techs were informative and clearly demonstrated the procedure. They were very helpful to me, they cleaned everything from the furnace, ac, and vents, no dust was left cleaned very efficiently. For such a great service i even gave a gratuity, thanks again!

Vent cleaning along with furnace, ac cleaning was completed by these guys. I was shown the inspection of the furnace and ac, this was very helpful for me to actually see how much dust was in there, the techs informed me of the additional services and explained the procedure fully. They had good insights and were very knowledgeable. Would recommend and use them again.

This company and it's employees are very professional. On time, called ahead of time to advise they where on there way. Clean and careful. Dust is gone. Highly recommend them

purchased a wagjag voucher, I was iffy to buy the voucher but it was for a reasonable price and package once the appointment came and the guys that arrived were very polite, took their shoes off, showed gratitude. And as for my ducts they were cleaned precisely , i got the dryer vent cleaned, all 20 vents, furnace tray clean up, disinfectant spray, how can you go wrong with that?! anyways it was a pleasure meeting the young men and doing business with you guys!

I just had my ducts cleaned and am considering going to a hotel tonight because my babies eyes are red and they are crying. Our house is full of dust and residue that you left behind. You told me that you had to cut 1 hole in my ductwork but "not to worry we will reseal it after". I assumed, as I am not in the duct cleaning industry, that was normal and said yes. I now have 2 jagged edged holes the size of side plates in my ductwork that you lazily taped up. TAPE! How long will that last before my family is exposed with dust and debris? As I said I am not an expert however, when you said reseal I assumed it would be a professional job with sheet metal, and screws and sealant since you are "professionals". Side note(but in hind site an indication of your true customers satisfaction and health concerns) your guys asked if they should take their shoes off which of course I said yes. Only one did. The other tranced through my baby's room dragging who knows what in.

I literally just had my ducts cleaned about an hour ago, and I couldnt be any happier with the service. My furnace was lagging and i didnt know it was because of the dust, so these guys explained the procedure and benefits of cleaning it, I'm so glad i had them cleaned, it's so much better now!! Great work, highly recommended.
