Unacceptable. 1 Month Warranty of a replaced part

Tech's order new Thermostat. Installed after 5 day wait. Ran fine until last week. Emailed the issue. Was told there is ONLY a 1 month Warranty on the part. Really?? Not accepatble, given all there " Satisfaction" statements etc. Do not bothere with them. Get the Manufacturer to recommend a company/

Just had the most efficient visit ever!!

My GE top load washing machine just broke down last night, and after a quick call, Oleg came over the next day and fixed my washer within a ten minutes! The timer knob was broken and replaced with a new part right on spot.

He not only fixed the problem, he explained what the causes of the problem was and how to avoid any future damages. I really appreciate his focus and dedication towards his craft and customers, and will definitely recommend call Fix Appliance CA and Oleg to friends and family!

Replaced front seal on laundry

Seal on washer ripped and so was leaking. Called a few companies and these guys were the quickest to respond. Other companies were saying 3 to 4 days and these guys had it complete the next day. Great service!

Serge was very courteous, prompt, obliging and good-humoured. His apprentice was pleasant and courteous. The repair required a return visit with the required part and to perform diagnostic tests. All of his was done promptly.

Fixed my old wall oven

Old oven just stopped working. Asked for an assessment. Repair person quickly determined it was only a fuse. Very pleased with service and price. Very friendly and helpful service.

My refrigerator stopped working so I contacted Fix Appliances on line. They phoned back within 1/2 hour to discuss the problem, the repair man came the next day to check out the problem and had it fixed the next day. I found the process very easy and everyone was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Fix Appliances to friends and of course I would use them again. Although I hope I don't have to!

We called them and they came that day (told us what time they would be there and arrived within the time frame).
Neat and tidy repair, no mess at all... Explained in detail what was the problem and the solution and cost.
