When our a/c system started leaking water onto our basement floor we had to call our mortgage warranty into play. We were set up with Joel from the Barrie Go heating location. He drove all the way to our home on a Saturday to diagnose our problem and let us know the claims procedure. Joel explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand for someone that has no knowledge of HVAC. He made the claim and got all the parts ordered for the repair. When the install technicians arrived they had everything they needed and completed a professional install. Much better install that the unit they removed. Joel took care of all of the claims and we didn’t need to pay anything. Thank you Joel and the Go Heating team for all the great work.

Joel and his team could not have been more,responsive and helpful,during purchase and installation phase. I have a problem with my brand new hot water system and can not get a return call. I have called 1-2 times per day for 2,weeks now and not a single call back. I fell like they have their money and I am no longer worth calling.

I had purchased a Groupon for their service. Had a very difficult time getting a hold of anyone to make an appointment. Emailed, left a voicemail and my name and number several times. I went to the office, as well. I would not reccomend them poor customer service and way of operating their scheduling.

Called three times in last three weeks to schedule appointment, each time they would say that nobody is available right now and someone would call but nobody calls back. Schedulling an appointment itself is a struggle not sure how service would be. Will update when able to avail their service. Hope they take note of this review.

Good service provided. Furnace installed as promised. On time and good quality. All working as expected. Will have warranty. Expect good service. Recommend to anyone that need a new furnace.

GO Mechanical installed a natural gas furnace in my home. The company was fantastic and the job they did was as well. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Charlie was great. He gave us the original quote and then made all of the arrangements to have our new electric furnace installed. The job was very well done and we’re happy with GO.

I have no complaints about GO Mechanical. They serviced my furnace at home and they were on time, they behaved professionally and I think they did a good job as well.

Over the years, anytime we’ve had heating problems at the cottage we call GO. They respond quickly to our calls and get the job done quickly, which is very important when the heat goes out at a cottage.

GO straightened out my humidifier which was a huge problem for me and they serviced my on demand hot water heater. I am very pleased with them and Roy is fantastic.
