Joel was quick to reply and arrive. He started work immediately and worked late until the job was completed. Additionally, he was very helpful in non related matters and offered helpful advice and suggestions - not in a sales pitch sort of way, but just to be extra helpful. We will be calling Joel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Joel was great. I had a leak in one of my pipes. On a Sunday he replied very quickly and was able to be here in less than hour. He was very courteous and professional. He had the best quote of all the plumbers I talked to. If I ever need a plumber again Joel will be my go to guy. I would trust his work anytime.

I approached GO industries when I had a shower head that was spraying everywhere. Joel came out the same day to assess and installed a new shower head right away. I don't know the words to describe my experience! A gas leak was repaired, and,
then , the very thorough investigation led to an important discovery with regards to the water heater. The outcome was that CO was being vented into our home. The heater was so damaged, this company, led by Joel and his team , replaced the unit, they worked diligently , and even followed up in a timely fashion with electrical serviceman to ensure that it could be switched on and off. To top this off today, our crew paid another visit, and discovered that the new furnace we had in our home was leaking exhaust , described as a cracked feeder pipe, and resulting in us experiencing a return of the dizziness and nausea and headaches we had the first time around. Our gas was turned off again, and we are loving this! Fortunately, we did not have high levels of CO in our blood. This company is amazing, they save lives. The work is impeccable and I trust any opinion from their crew, any time. A special thanks to the Milton hospital and fire department, and, Joel, of course who has introduced us to the wide range of services they offer at GO Industries.
