Got quotes through the BBB. Quick response with reasonable quote and some good advice re: safety of pets, etc. He attended the appointment promptly (sometimes a challenge in GVRD traffic!) and conducted service efficiently. Reasonable warranty in place and I can call anytime with questions if I have them. The owner/operator seems to be a very keen worker and I had no qualms about having him in my home alone while he conducted his work.

I contacted Pest Boss because of the excellent reviews here on Homestars. Kyle did not disappoint. He took my call, asked me detailed questions about my problem (a bad odor coming from under the porch), and scheduled me promptly. He arrived on time and quickly identified that raccoons were using the area under my porch as their own private bathroom. He cleaned up the mess and installed some mesh netting to keep the raccoons and any other pests out for good. The price was lower than expected for the great service Pest Boss provided. I will call Kyle again if we have another pest issue down the road and recommend him to family and friends. We were very impressed.

We had a very dangerous situation with a den of racoons in the neighbors treehouse that were wreaking havoc in the neighborhood, and the mother had violently attacked myself and my dog....
It was necessary to clean and disinfect the premises as well as dismantle the treehouse to try to discourage their presence. He was personable, compassionate, straightforward, and genuinely happy to help us resolve the problem, reasonable in every way as well as financially. He also is excellent at educating clients in a respectful way of the dangers and concerns of all kinds of Pests...He informed us that coming into contact with Racoon feces at all can be highly lethal for animals and humans, even if you breathe in the airborne eggs of roundworm that lives in the feces, therefore you should never be around it without proper protective clothing, masks etc....He made sure to clean the area safely and effectively so no one was in danger. We cannot recommend him more highly - he is EXCEPTIONAL as a human being and highly skilled in pest control. We will never hesitate to use him for any pest concerns and have already recommended him to numerous others.

I had Kyle to come over and did an inspection on a seemly bed bug issue in my house. Kyle was thorough, professional and friendly. He went through our bedrooms, living room and upon our request - our car. We really appreciate Kyle's attention to detail and patience as he went through each corner and hole so no spots were missed. In addition, what I like about Kyle is he's willing to educate and share his knowledge of pests and insects with his customers.
