Pest Boss

Unhappy with work. No monitoring, no follow-up, no check-up on situation. Still have rodents so work is unsatisfactory. Would not recommend this company. Better off trying another company in this unregulated field.

Kyle is a very nice guy. He provided us excellent service with a reasonable price. We first contacted with another well-known company but they asked for a much higher price.

I'm normally just a lurker on homestars, but I made an account just to write this review. Kyle's service was superb.

New Years day (Friday) I heard some chewing sound in my ceiling, so I climbed up there at 3am and found chewing marks on my light covers. I did some digging and found Pest Boss through here. Emailed Kyle at around 5am, thinking it'd be at least until after the weekend before I hear back.

To my surprise, Kyle called me at 9am on New Years day. I was sleeping, but was very glad to get a call back so soon. I guess he knew I was worried about a possible infestation. Gave me a brief estimate on the phone and didn't throw any sales pitch. I'm normally a DIY'er, but Kyle's professionalism made me felt I could trust him to take care of the job. He was able to squeeze me in on the first day he was back to work on Monday, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended, no question about it.

Kyle from pestboss was an absolute pleasure to work with. He arrived on short notice and was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Pestboss to anyone looking for a good exterminator!

Kyle has come back to find more ants, fully guaranteeing his warranty. Those ants coming in mid-winter is unusual, but they woke up early and Kyle has poisoned their nest. Kyle is great at explaining the problem including pest behaviour and at explaining what he plans to do to eradicate the pests. The best!

Kyle was very thorough and careful in his work, explaining everything as he went through his checks. He let me accompany him during the work. I feel his work was complete and our attic is now free of rats.
