Splish Splash Bathrooms

Nov 2022 I engaged Splish splash to replace an existing stand up shower.

The consultation was simple, the estimator listened and made recommendations as we discussed the work I wanted. The quote came quickly, was clear, comprehensive, and was easy to understand.

The shower was the only one in the house and they were very accommodating in arranging a date for the work to begin around my schedule.

I have had a lot of renovations done, too many were horrible, and I have worked with many different kinds contractors, but this is hands-down one of the best experiences I've had.

Communication:
Every interaction whether text, email, or call was responded to a quick manner. The answers were always very clear, to the point, and helpful.

The Work:
I had a lot of bad experiences with contractors, and immediately I could see this team was very different. They took their shoes off at the door until they were able to lay down floor protection, and I noted throughout the days they worked, they would stop to re-adjust the protection as needed - I was impressed with this attention of care for my home.

They cleaned up at the end of each day, left no garbage for me to deal with (nor in my garbage bins outside), and left nothing out of place.

Changes:
Once they started and I saw the quality of work they were doing I added addition tasks (replace toilet and vanity) during the work that they easy accommodated and scheduled as possible, being helpful and making good suggestions. Nucu had great contacts for material and always had a ready solution or idea for anything I threw at them.

Resolutions:
Nucu walked me through all the changes and explained everything that was done very clearly before I signed off. There was a minor defect and as soon as I pointed it out they corrected it immediately.

I would highly recommend this team, and I do not offer that lightly. You are in great hands with this team.

Our ensuite we had renovated in the spring and then our other bathroom in November. Both bathrooms are amazing! Nucu and his team went above and beyond to make both bathrooms exceptional. Any changes we made or added on Nucu was happy to listen plus give advice and ideas to make things better.
