Window Seal West

The job was done but needed a few adjustments, the follow up was great and timely and the end result meet our expectations. It was sure nice to have the extra air flow last summer and Frost free windows last winter. That is why we recommended them.

Window Seal West replaces two single pane aluminum windows in my basement after a reno with triple pane windows. The difference is night and day! They replaced our broken window. The manufacturing took around 3 weeks, and the installation just a couple of hours. Very accurate, polite installers. Cleaned up everything after them. Good work.

We previously dealt with Vlad and his crew to have our bedroom and bathroom windows replaced. We were very impressed with their work and the pricing was much lower than other quotes we received. I had a few companies come out for a quote, including a few big guys. When Alex came out to measure and quote, he brought in a sample window, explained everything including glazing etc. His price was competitive if not better. I read reviews and they had a pretty good review rating so I decided to go with them. They told me approx 8-10 weeks (which was similar to all the others if not sooner) I got a call from Window Seal West around the expected time frame and was booked in the next day for the new window. 2 gentlemen Victor and Egor showed up on time to install the window. They pulled that old window out and installed the new one without any issues. One of the guys even took a look at my front door (I asked) and showed me the air leaking at the bottom, suggested a new door yet put in some pads to help seal the door a little better for the up coming winter. I will definitely be using Window Seal West again. I have an egress window in the basement and will be giving them a call. They are a local company and manufacture locally!!! I even had a follow up appointment where another gentlemen came out (sorry, I can't recall his name) to check out if things were all in working order and to see if I was happy with the window and install. I'm very Happy!!! Give them a go, you wont be disappointed! ***5 STAR***
