I signed the contract on August 28th, and the installation was conducted on Nov 5th, right in the 8--10 weeks time frame. Good!
The sales man Sergey is knowledgeable and thoughtful; and the two installers worked well-organized with high efficiency--within 5 hours, they took off my 6 old windows and put on the new ones and finished cleaning up! Super!

A year ago, we moved to a new home. Winter showed that our windows are not the best. For this reason, it was clear that it would be necessary to change the house first. Loved the seller from this company - Rus. The guy answered all our questions. Also showed us and told a lot of useful information. No one imposed the contract during the measurement, as it was when calling a seller from another company. We were given the opportunity to think and the next day we called Rus back and concluded a contract. Exactly after 9 weeks the windows were already standing. All work is done perfectly, without comment from our side. I'm sure everything will be fine, and there will be no condensation and drafts.I recommend, please contact, you will not regret.

We got our windows and back door relplaced on our bunglow. We were impressed with the price. However after install we were finding issues with the overall work. We noticed sloppy caulking around the trim, broken and crooked trim pieces, insufficient foam/sealant, door jam wasn’t set properly, the siding on the house wasn’t replaced properly and we already had an issue with one of our window seals letting go. I will say they honour their warranty and the crews they sent after did a good job. I guess our issue was mainly with the original install crew. I wouldn’t suggest getting an install done in the winter.
