Tyrone was very helpful in navigating the new HVAC system. He recommended good quality Lennox products. He was responsive and communicated in a timely manner. Tyrone's prices were much better than other's out there and install went flawlessly. Tyrone recommended Attic Insulation to maximize the Enbridge Energy Efficient Rebate currently available which was helpful for our planning as we were unaware of this option. Currently we are waiting for the Attic Insulation and are hopeful it will go just as smoothly as new the HVAC install (A/C, Furnace, Water Heater). Thank you

Well where do you start. Called a number i got of facebook, what seemed like a local guy he then told me to call another guy to talk about pricing and installa. So i did then i got in contact with Tyrone who came arcross as a great guy assured me great pricing and quick install if needed.
I needed a conversion from oil to propane was told thats not a problem. Then day of install 10 am comes around no one comes 12 noon still nothing reach out to Tyrone no answer after about an hour or so finally something. Only to find out they are not coming to install because they could not get parts or a furnace that day. This made no sense to me but what ever. A few days later i get a msg yeah the guys are coming to do the install. The day comes same thing they dont show up till mid day. They start the stall everything seems to be going fine. Close to 6 pm they say yeah we are not going to finish today we will have to come back another day we dont have all the tools or material needed to complete the job. Then about 2 weeks goes by till i get them back in to finish then all kinds of issues with running the gas line come up. At this point im frustrated and just want them to finish and leave. So once they were done i asked them if they are going to take the old oil furnace with them since thats part of the deal they said no you can sell on kijiji or something someone will come get it. What ever just leave im done with you. Then the propane gas tec comes to connect my lines so i can have heat and tells me the install failed inspection with lots of issues.
Water pump the plug in wire was cut off and wired direct to furnace, the vent was left under my deck with no cap or nothing pipe was not long enough and had to reach the end of tge deck and be insalated. Old oil line need to be removed or caped. Im sure there was something els i cant rememeber oh right they left all the garbage behind and didnt clean up after them selves at all.

Got AC installed and technician couldn't figure out how to connect google nest thermostat, which was not a big deal. While Installing breaker, they disconnected wrong neutral wire that caused the kitchen range to malfunction.
Had buy a new range and fix wiring, when informed the guy who I was in contact with for install, he stopped responding saying he has forwarded the message.
Never heard back after.

Got a quote on Wednesday and installed on Thursday. Great service team that cleaned up after themselves. Very happy!

Being without a hot water heater during the days leading up to Christmas is bad timing but once we got in touch with Tyrone, from Wills Brothers Home Services, he was able to save Christmas by finding us a new and improved hot water heater just in the nick of time. It seemed like things might not work out but Tyrone, a problem-solver, worked his magic on Christmas Eve. Thank you for your dedication to serving the customer. We were so happy to shower for Christmas and not have to wait another several days because of the holidays.

They showed nice and early,finished before estimated time cleand up all mess swept and mopped the floor,removed all garbage and took it with them when they left.great job very respectful technicians.i would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Tyrone was a great help, he arranged for furnace installation, recommended I do water heater installation as well since my water heater was over 20 years old. Told me about the Enbridge rebate for replacing old edquipment. The workers were proffesional. He gave great price and would recomend for installation.

I needed to replace my old oil furnace and add Air Conditioning to my home. Willsbrothers was referred to me by a professional. Had 2 quotes for the 2 new appliances and could not beat the price from Tyrone. Great deal! Once the old oil tank was removed and propane installed I gave them a call and within a couple of weeks I was up and running on my new heating and cooling system. It was all installed in a day. Great job!

My Frigidaire furnace needed an expensive part installed just a few months out of warranty. It made no sense spending $1,000 to fix an older furnace so I began looking around for alternatives.
I got a couple of quotes for a new furnace. Tyrone at Wills Brothers gave me a smoking deal on a new Lennox furnace that was $1700 less than the local guy who had installed the Frigidaire unit.
The three man crew were in and out in two and a half hours. They were friendly and courtious and respectful of my property.
The furnace is much quieter and I couldn't be more pleased with Tyrone and his installers. I highly recommend this company.

Had a furnace and A/C installed in early summer, A/C worked fine but when the season changed and we turned on the brand new furnace it didn't work. I texted the problem and got a response within 5 minutes. They came out and fixed the problem quickly with no questions asked. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new furnace or A/C.
