Main Drain & Plumbing

For me, it was always a problem to find a good service when it comes to fixing something in my house. That is why, after dealing with Main Drain & Plumbing team i decided to share my experience with others. My problem was a leaking facet in a bathroom. It may sound a minor thing, but when you consider that the facet is installed in a permanently closed wall it becomes a major problem and one that is not on of the DIY type. I called the Guys from Main Drain & Plumbing and explained that I can't stop the water leaking. They came the same day at the evening despite the tight schedule they reported earlier. As I told already, in my bathroom the facet was inside of a wall and the only solution was to break the tiles and reinstall the facet completely. The guys have done a perfect job by making a small opening in the wall that was outside of the bath tub, leaving the bath tub wall tiles intact. I must say that it was not just a very clean job considering breaking the tiles, but also the one that left no additional cleaning for me after the job was done; the guys took care of all the mess. I also asked if they can advise me what to do with a smell that was coming from the sink in a bathroom, and they told me that the reason for that smell was a negative slop in a sink drain system. For my absolute astonishment, they fixed the drain without additional fee. I think you agree that this is a rare, rare kind of service today. Once again, I feel like I want to support these guys and the least what I can do is to write a review and recommendation. I honestly recommend you to consider their service. Thanks for your reading.

We had a serious clog in the basement toilet where water backing up in the tub as well. we called Main Drain and Plumping at 11.00 pm and they suggested to wait for the morning. Larisa who took the call was very pleasant and accommodated our time request, to be early morning. The two guys showed up even earlier than scheduled. They were quick to diagnose the problem and although there was a problem to access the drain and they had to remove the toilet in order to do the job they did not charge more than was quoted originally on the phone. They did the job fast and left everything clean.
It was a pleasure to deal with this company and we certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to our friends and relatives.

My basement was flooding every time it rained. I called main drain & plumbing. He came did a estimate, gave me a good price and with in a few weeks he came and completed the job with in a day. He kept the area clean and organized. He even cleaned after his work. He replaced my old pipes and explained what was causing the leaking. He water proofed the basement and now I have piece of mind when I'm out. I reccomend this company and will be calling him for future issues with my plumbing.

We built a washroom in basement and had these guys come in to break cement re route pipes , install tub , rainfall shower , rough in toilet and sink.
We were amazed with the clean and perfect job. Stephan took time to explain to us in simple terms how all will work and gave us a better idea where to locate everything .
Turned out much better than original plan.
