Junk Squad

I would recommend this company, its has great staff and very professional. They removed my stuff really quickly. Even though they couldn't donate my dead branches. :0 I was very happy with the service. I was told up front about the 2 charges that i was to pay ( service charge and landfill charge if they couldn't donate my items and was happy. I will for sure recommend them to my friends.

This was an amazing experience and I would recommend Junk Squad to anyone looking to save money on junk removal services. I had a full load of junk to be removed and if you compare rates with other junk removal companies, Junk Squad saved me over $800 because their trucks are three times bigger yet their prices are still much less than their competitors. I incurred a small landfill fee of about $26 for all junk they couldn't donate or recycle and I have no problem with that at all. Their process was easy to book, they arrive on time, they are strong and careful with removing furniture and they gave me a free onsite estimate before they started so I had an opportunity to decline service if I didn't like their price. After all was said and done, I saved a lot of money and received friendly and professional service. I will use again without hesitation. Great job JUNK SQUAD!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They do not respond to customer complaints in a timely manner and goofed up on the booking (they confirm the booking, then cancel and then show up)!

Took them several weeks and many phone calls and emails to get back to me. They overcharge on junk disposal and do not provide official weight documents at the landfill site despite numerous requests. My landfill charges were more than my garbage pick up even though they told me it was going to be 1/3 in person.

Moreover, they charge disposal fees AFTER one month (claim it is their right to charge it anytime bc they are so backlogged - I think it is because they hope you wouldn't notice!) and their in person estimate is gravely LESS than what they end up charging you. Terrible customer service. Shady business.

Patrick and Eli were incredibly professional, polite, and expedient. They came across as genuinely nice people who cared about the quality of their service. They did an excellent job removing the junk and debris from my garage and the work actually came in under the estimate (which i'd never expect a company would tell me to be honest...). Even the phone and email communications I've had with the company were of the same high quality of service. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone

Wish I had hired a different company. We hired them to remove a full load but their truck was not empty when they arrived and they only knocked off $10 to "make up" for it. As a result, we had leftover junk that they could not remove. Other companies also clean up after they leave but the Junk Squad employees did not do this for us. They also didn't have answers to my questions regarding the disposal fee that is not very clear on their website (which was an unexpected additional $350 for our load). Hire a different company!

From start to finish, Junk Squad was kind, courteous and professional. Both their phone reps and removal workers were easy to deal with and communicative. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their service, and I was! I could not more highly recommend this service. A particular shout out to Chris operating the phones and Curtis manning the junk removal.
