Have used AMR several times at different rental properties I manage. When contacted they usually are able to come out that same day to inspect and quote. Vince is very knowledgeable and explains the scope of work thoroughly. They usually start work within a few days and the jobs have always been done on time and on budget.

I found a tiny amount of mould in my house under some carpet and baseboards but removed it myself using proper precautions. Then, about two months later, I discovered some mold in my bathroom and thought I should call someone in.
