We had a very moist basement, the team from MT Drains and Plumbing installed a drainage, sump pump and backwater valve. They were reliable, communicated and explained the issues well, always on time and very efficient. We highly recommend them.

We had a problem with our home water temperature. Dickson identified the issue as a faulty mixing valve, and the part was replaced by the next day. He was very professional and everything is working properly now. I would use this company again for plumbing related needs.

We had our old shower and tub accessories changed along with the rough in valve. The technician that came to our home was polite and worked diligently to resolve some of the challenges that arose during installation. He spent a good amount of time problem solving and the job was completed as per quoted price. Payment and booking was super easy and price was fair.
