Done Right Lawn Sprinkler & Landscape Lighting

We are extremely happy with the installation and would recommend Andrew's company to anyone! A great job!!! They came as planned and cleaned up our lawn and before they left explained how the system worked.

I have been a loyal Dine Right Customer ever since the business started. Andrew from Done right installed our sprinkler system and serviced it. 2 years ago he handed the job off to some one else ever since then I have had problems. I would pay for start up and shut down up front. But found when the tech comes out he does not make sure everything is working properly. Its not until my plants die that i realize they are not being watered. then when they come out to do the work I payed them to do in the first place they slap me with $ 100.00 bill for service charge. I have payed that 2 years in a row. Last summer 5 of my plants died, I did not bill them for the dead plants, when I told them what happened they were nice enough to send a tech out right away. A month later I received a bill for $100.00 service charge. I spoke to Andrew he said he was going to talk to accounts receivable. I kept on getting emails for this service that I have paid for in the first place. Now they will not provide service to me unless I pay this bill, and Andrew will not return my call. I have no problem paying my bills but I am not going to pay a second time for service I prepaid for. I was always pleased with Andrew and the service he provided with my sprinkler but I am not to pleased after he handed it over to someone else and the service I am receiving.

I have used Done-Right several times for our semi-annual sprinkler requirements (on/off). We also have a garden lighting system. As one would expect - various parts require replacement. We have always been satisfied with Done-Right and asked them to take a look. 2 lights were replaced and 2 light-bulbs. All done properly and working well. The issue? $88 per light-bulb! I researched as best i could and the highest price i could find was $12. Done-Right did provide a discount on the bulbs but seriously this is silly. On principle i cannot use them again - they should have let us know the cost before installation.

Added comment after the company responded - I was NOT provided an estimate of the cost for the services- $88 light-bulbs were a surprise!

Most of the job was done okay but it took about 2 weeks longer than it should have. our control box is n our basement and we found that one of the technicians had been going through some personal items of one of our guests. The crew took very long breaks, of 30 to 60 minutes. when the supervisor was not on the job they would sit and talk on their phones.
on zone was not done properly and I was going to hold some money back but Andrew said his wife was leaving him and convinced me to pay him in full and he would come back and correct the deficiencies. they also really messed up some lighting. Now he won't return calls or keep appointments to fix the problems.

This install was very challenging & difficult due to the 50lb 2’x2’ paving stones that needed to be lifted & re-installed blocking the 18” deep buried main source water supply poly pipe. Mike, the Done Right technician & who skillfully & carefully did all the requested work, went out of his way to neatly make an access opening in one of the paving stones before covering the new added valve box. Then he was extremely careful when burying a new required 100 ft control wiring cable being very mindful not to cut the many (4) existing other control wiring cables all blindly buried & located in the same path back to the Hunter Sprinkler Controller. In addition, he also discovered one of the existing control wire cables that had been totally frayed (likely by my gardener) partially exposing its copper wires & likely ready to short out.
In my opinion, this is the best sprinkler repair contractor I have ever used and can honestly recommend them. Great job!

I booked again with Done-Right to complete my spring opening and some basic maintenance. Mike (senior technician) was excellent - prompt, knowledgeable, customer friendly. I continue to highly recommend Done-Right.

Done-right installed the irrigation system in 2009 and it's been functioning great. On the annual basis I have called to open and then winterize the system - they are always punctual and flexible in terms of scheduling.

They installed the system in my house in 2009. Since then, I have not had any issues with the irrigation system. Also, every time they come in spring and fall, the service has been flawless and fast.

Done-Right were a very convenient service provider for my sprinkler system winterization. They arranged a very convenient time to perform the work at my home, and they were very quick and professional with the job. I plan to use them again.
