We are thrilled with our new basement! The workmanship is great, they kept to the promised schedule, and really helped us out with design issues. They know how to reno an old home's basement. Their crew was fantastic. The work crew was a pleasure to work with.
We would absolutely recommend working with this company. We wish we had another basement for them to rent!

Excellent. My wife and I reviewed about 5 companies before I chose this company. It was the best decision we ever made. They remodeled over 1500 sq. ft. of an unfinished basement (3/4 bathroom with niche and tiled shower and floor; L-shaped kitchen bar, office) within 90 days through bad weather and a pandemic. The payment process was easy and the entire team was professional and responsive.

We have been wanting to finish our basement for years and brought in multiple companies to quote the job. After another referral from a neighbor, we brought in HTR Basements for a quote. After talking to them and working with us on our budget we went with them and don't regret it. From day one we knew this was well organized. We got our weekly Gantt schedule of what was going to happen for the week. I could text them at any time with a question or concerns and he responded to me within minutes. All the subcontractors were on time and courteous. We were expecting a 3-month job but they got it done in 2. We are so happy with the finished product and have recommended them to other neighbors to use as well.

Hello, After speaking to several businesses we chose this company. They have a showroom with products and fixtures. They walked us through the spending plan, answered all our concerns and the owner did the basic design of our basement. Work crews were very fast, and did incredibly fine work. The basement is now the best part of our house. We extremely recommend HTR Basements, they are impressive. Thank you, guys!

This company did an exceptional job - they worked hard, and demolished the old basement just in two days (while others quoted at least one week!). Best quality I have ever seen - see the pictures. I am happy with Igor's design. Customer service is amazing - Thank you HTR Basements!

It's tough to discover service providers that you can depend on. We found out about them by word of mouth and couldn't be happier with our decision. Great service and a terrific finish. Job is done fast and expertly and their crew makes the effort to clean up every night before being available early the next morning. The initial quote was accurate and the finished product was absolutely nothing short of incredible. I would highly recommend their business anytime! Just a great, excellent job. Why can't all contractors be like this?

After having lots of good experiences

After having lots of undesirable experiences with service providers in the past, we approached our basement renovation with a fantastic offer of uneasiness. We did a lot of research and kept seeing "HTR Basements" - a finished basement in 2 weeks. Real to their word, the group delivered a fully finished basement, consisting of a complete restroom (which even involved moving the plumbing), house theatre, workplace, play location, and library in two weeks.
