HTR Basements

My wife and I hired Alex/Dmitry based on their reviews and we could not be happier. I had a finished basement that they completely gutted and rebuilt from top to bottom and created a legal apartment for my aging parents. They also did a separate side entrance with heated concrete. I am very particular and they did an amazing job...they nailed it from the design to the finished project. It is hard to trust someone with this size project but we had no issues. We had a payment plan and paid after each step was completed. Anyone is welcome to come by and see the finished project anytime...I actually want to show it off. THANK YOU GUYS !!!!

This company was so efficient, right from the initial meeting to completion. We were kept up to date every step of the way and the basement was completed on the exact day they said it would be done. The trades people were very courteous as well. The house was left with no mess. A great company!

Great work fair prices. Very satisfied with end result. Highly recommended for anyone finishing basement...only problem is it looks so good my wife wants them to do kitchen.

Dimitry and Alek did a great job coordinating their team to complete our basement. Although there was some confusion on timing and scope near the end of the project, overall it was a good experience. Would recommend!

We wanted to have our basement completed for a special event. We found High Tech Renovation on the Internet. Dmitry, Alex and the team were very friendly, trustworthy and carried out their work with professionalism from to the start of the project to completion. They were very easy to talk to, listened to our ideas and made accommodations where feasible. Dmitry did a great job in presenting the 3D design. The basement was completed before the contracted date and within budget. Everyone who have seen it, loves it! It is exceptionally beautiful. We will not hesitate to recommend High Tech Reno to anyone.

The guys at HTR were great! We decided to go with them initially because of Dimitry's professionalism and friendliness during the first consultation visit. He made helpful suggestions for keeping the price manageable and for overall aesthetic improvements to the layout.
Alex was very accomodating and professional in managing the daily goings-on of the project and addressed any concerns or minor issues that we had immediately.
All of the trades workers were efficient, skilled and friendly. They always left the job site clean and tidy after completing their work.
The project overall was completed in less time than was quoted and was pretty much on budget. The finished product looks great and we love our new basement!

Among them HTR came up with the best proposal, with detailed costing and designs for the project.

I was very impressed with the quality of work the HighTechReno team did with finishing our basement. It was completed as per the timeline provided and looked even better than we expected.
