I contacted Love Your Stairs because I wanted to use a local business rather than dealing with a large carpet company that sells more than just stair carpet. I received a follow up email within a few hours and we set up an appointment for the next day. I explained the style of the carpet I wanted and that a mid price range was necessary. Rizwan was punctual, courteous, he brought samples that were exactly what I had described, he listened to my concerns and was very clear about what I was ordering, about the underlay, the most economical way to cut the 4 pie shape sections, when the order would be placed, when the shipment would likely arrive and a probable installation date. All these factors convinced me I had found a professional and reliable business to build a relationship with. Mark the installer came in advance to make templates for the 4 odd stairs, he told me the exact installation date and time. The work was completed to my 100% satisfaction. Several neighbors and my sister have seen the results and all were truly impressed with the crisp look of the installation and the "lining up" of the woven grid pattern of the carpet. (There were 20 steps)
