We searched the internet for staircase carpeting and found "Love Your Stairs. We called and spoke to the owner who arranged a prompt personal visit to show carpet samples and give us a written estimate. He showed us numerous options and we selected our preference that was a thick grey herring-bone that brightened up our previously drab grey carpeting. We set up appointments for precise measurement by the head of the installation team and an installation date. The installers appeared as scheduled, and interestingly, had perfectly measured carpet pieces for each of the 26 stairs. They removed the old carpet and under padding, and cleaned the bare staircases before installing the new padding and carpet. They thoroughly cleaned up after the carpet installation. They were polite and did a great job, especially with the side-piping on the carpet. In short, we had a very positive experience with "Love Your Stairs." If we were to need carpeting in future, we would definitely contact them again.

Our selection was distinctive and refreshing and enhanced the entrance to our home.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. After looking at a few styles on their website with them on the phone, I got an in home visit the very next day to choose between the few choices I had made. I made my choice and was told approx 2 weeks for installation because the carpet I chose had to be made into a runner. Got a wonderful call one week later telling me carpet was in and ready for installation. Came that day. Did a great job! I couldn't be happier. Thanks RizMi

I don't typically leave reviews, but I have to say that I am extremely pleased that I used Love Your Stairs for my carpet runner installation. I was very pleased from the initial meeting with Rizwan to the installation with Johnson. I had just installed a new staircase and wanted a quality job done on the carpet runner. We hired Love Your Stairs to redo our main stairs, which involved removing old carpet, putting down new treads, risers, spindle and banister, then a new carpet runner.
