Great customer experience, very prompt service from the first phone call, to the site visit and then install all basically within a week or so. We also needed a carpet that would stand up to our big dog, and we love the look of it! Excellent transaction and very fair pricing for very high quality work. Highly recommend their service!

We renovated a Victorian home in Cabbagetown and looked at a few different companies to install carpet runners on 3 flights of stairs. Rizwan is extremely professional and very helpful with respect to advice and suggestions for carpet selections. We ordered a pattern from the UK and it arrived and was installed within 2 weeks. We were very pleased with the product and overall quality of work. Likewise, Rizwan is excellent at customer service. You can tell he takes pride in his business.

Gorgeous Stair Runner

Love Your Stairs put a beautiful new runner on the stairs in our front hall. They showed up quickly with a selection of colours/types of rug. The runner was ready a week later, and then the installer came and laid it down quickly and perfectly. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient from beginning to end--and we really do love our stairs!
