John and his son came this morning to fix my shower drain. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very prompt and fixed the drain. I have had John fix drains, toilet and sinks. All done perfectly.

Our kitchen sink drain was blocked; I gave John a call, he came by the house 45 minutes later, and had everything fixed about a half hour after that. The original quote was $200 for the work, and he recommended that we put a bypass valve in the drain to make access easier in the future, which was why the total price was $250 (plus tax).

We had a problem with both our exterior shut off valves. They came out promptly, stuck to the quote and did the job with no mess. It was done quickly and well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

John and his son replaced our 2nd floor common bathroom shower faucet. In order to do so, they had to cut through a closet wall to reach the pipes, as the tile cut out in the shower was too small to get at. They brought mats and dust covers to catch any drywall debris, keeping the area very clean. They were very quick and efficient and the price was as quoted.
