I called at 11.50 a.m. on Mar 30 to inquire if they could repair/replace a supply line leakage to my toilet. I was requested to text a picture so that a quote could be provided. In 30 minutes I was sent a quote and if agreeable, someone would be available in an hour.

I agreed.

In less than 2 hours, the job was done to perfection.

This was, by far, one of my best service experiences as a homeowner in Canada in the last 15 years. I would whole-heartedly endorse Dima Plumbing for their excellent service and work done. Thank you.

I needed my hot water tank mixing valve switched according to my water heater renter. I texted John after finding him on Google and he gave me a quote. John came the following morning and resolved it. No problems whatsoever.

I called Dima Plumbing based on a referral as I didnt want to use my condos recommended plumbing company. That company did mediocre work.
I needed my bathroom toilet repaired and John was professional, provided a reasonable estimate, and was able to come quickly even though my issue wasnt urgent. He presented his business card once I opened my door which I thought was a nice touch and rarely seen these days. He completed the repair within minutes and answered all my questions.
