Churchill Construction did a great job replacing our concrete garage floor. Giancarlo was helpful, organized and easy to contact. His team were reliable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. We'd have no hesitation considering them for future work and would highly recommend them to others.

The work was completed well, all the guys were great to deal with and were fantastic. There were last minute extras added to the project and it was no issue at all. The team were clean, courteous and ensured that their work would not pose too much of an inconvenience to the neighbours. Everything turned out better than expected.

My garage had sunk and needed to be fixed. Giancarlo and his team redid the floor of the garage and it looks fantastic. I also needed to fix the corner of the back step and they were able to fix it. They also needed to redo my walkway. It was interlocking brick that was falling apart and they redid it with concrete and it looks great. We had a drain that was not working properly because someone else had done concrete work and the concrete was crumbling. Giancarlo and his team were able to fix it and it works perfectly. They did not ask for any money before or during the work. They do not take any money until after the work is done. Most companies do not do this. I would recommend everyone contact them, if you need concrete work done. This work was done recently from October 30th to November 2nd.

Giancarlo was very responsive, competitive on pricing, providing design options and delivered a high quality product. I would recommend Churchill for an all around rewarding experience. Out neighbour saw the quality and instantly pulled them over for their driveway.

Our one and a half car garage floor was in need of replacement as it had developed cracking along the surface and had one area that was badly cracked and sinking. We received a prompt quotation and detailed written estimate outlining the scope of the work.

Giancarlo did everything he could to work us in a short timeframe. On the day before the job, we received a phone call to advise us of the ETA of the crew. They respected our property and kept the work area neat and tidy. Giancarlo came by to check on the progress on the second day and to explain next steps (When we could move items back into the garage). We are satisfied with the finished product and I would highly recommend this company.

I called Churchill in the spring and Giancarlo came out the next day to view the job. He provided me with a competitive quote and said he would have availability within two to three weeks depending on the weather. While I was obtaining other quotes, he quickly responded to any questions that I had, yet he did not pressure me to sign the contract until I was ready. Once I signed the contract, he called approx two weeks later and said the work would be started the following week. I actually had to postpone his start date because I was going to have waterproofers on site already that week. He had no problem postponing our project.

A couple of weeks later he followed up and said a crew would be showing up at 7:00 a.m. the following Monday. True to his word, Giancarlo and his crew were there at 7:00 am and promptly started their work. My project was assigned the "experienced" crew who were run by a trio of elderly men each with decades of experience. They were patient in answering all of my questions and working with me to follow the specs on the drawings.

Giancarlo did not ask for any money upfront; payment was actually made a couple of days after the job was completed. He also agreed to remove some mulch leftover from the waterproofing and didn't charge extra for that work.

I would definitely recommend Churchill Construction for any concrete work that may be required.

Giancarlo and his guys were amazing. We are thrilled with their work, and professionalism. My property was cleaned daily, and neighbours were extremely happy with them as well. My wife and I are so happy with the project we are going to have our driveway done as well. Would absolutely reccommend.
