We have a 15 year old Lamar treadmill that stopped working. Colten was professional and got our treadmill up and running again. He also went over some maintenance tips to keep it running in the future.

My Precor treadmill was making a horrible sound. I have used Choice Fitness in the past & once again, they exceeded my high-bar expectations. Kevin responded to my email instantly. As usual, I was beyond pleased with the open communication, laser-sharp diagnostics, skillful repair job, very tidy work and very excellent pricing. Kevin, the owner, takes great pride in his work and his company brand. His integrity and honesty is exemplary. He gave me great DIY tips on how to care for my machine & avoid future costly repairs. I would highly recommend using this company, they're very quick to respond whether by email or phone. They show you and explain what is wrong and needed with your equipment and get it repaired as quickly as possible. I was waiting on parts and having a hard time recieving them and Kevin was constantly following up with the company and myself to try and get the problem rectified.

I highly recommend Choice Fitness Repair. They recently serviced my treadmill and the technician, Colten, attended at my home on time and did an excellent job. He was highly professional, courteous and very helpful. He also recently returned after I noticed that a bolt at the front of the treadmill had come off and had also heard a sound while using my treadmill that had me concerned. I found Choice Fitness Repair to be very professional, reasonably priced and honest. They provided top notch service at a fair cost. I highly recommend them.

I needed a crank arm of my spin bike replaced and I found Choice Fitness Repair online with great reviews. I didn’t know anything about how to replace the part I needed or where to start. Kevin was great and told me what I needed and where to get it from. We discovered that the part I had was an old model and required a specific tool to replace it. Kevin and his team spent a bunch of time tracking down the tool and special ordering it from the manufacturer of the bike. Eventually it arrived and everything was replaced and tested. I’d recommend this team to anyone looking for deep expertise and really friendly, prompt service.

My treadmill needed something but I wasn’t sure what. It either needed a belt tightening and lubrication or it needed a new belt. I contacted Choice Fitness and someone was at my home within a few days. I appreciated the prompt service call. The technician came and tested the treadmill. He said that all I needed at this time was a tighten and lube but I would need a new belt within 6 months. I appreciated the honesty. The technician could have told me I needed a new belt that day and I would have done it. The company would have made more money but the technician was honest. I appreciated that. Next time we need servicing, I will contact Choice Fitness.

The technician came to my house on a Saturday morning when I was home from work. Colten was very meticulous and careful. The bike is now 100%. He made sure that the repair was 100% before leaving.
