I was very impressed with how well the movers cared for the piano and my home. They meticulously took off the more delicate parts of the piano, like the legs and book stand. They covered it with cloths and wrapped it in plastic. They left no damage whatsoever on the piano or in my home. Their work was efficient and well done. It was money well spent.

Hercules Piano Movers were hired to relocate a piano within a home, from one room to another on the same floor. Even with this easy task, they took every precaution with the piano and wrapped the piano in a blanket during the move. The floor was not level, and I was able to purchase rubber feet from them for the piano legs to avoid rocking (which they centered for me). Fast friendly service! Showed up as planned, within 2 days of the phone call. Even got a phone call reminder on the same day, prior to showing up.

From another family in the neighbourhood's house to ours including a very thorough wrapping of the piano, it took 2 men 1/2 an hour. They were quick to accommodate us in their schedule and were very efficient and careful with the piano. They made it look effortless :-)

Hercules moved my piano from an old bungalow to the second floor of my place. At the old house, there was tricky stairs and front yard fence to navigate. At the new place, there was a tall set of stairs which they had to move this heavy piano up. It definitely looked exhausting, but they did a great job and I'm very happy with their service.
