Vivint Calgary

We just moved. And i had booked a appointment for last sat a MONTH AGO. the tech calls my husband around noon tells him he cant make it. I call sat night to see what happened the man at rescheduling says he doesn no what happen and i cant get in until mid DECEMBER!!! I call again monday the account manager says theres no notes to why the tech couldn make it and i have to reschedule for mid DECEMBER!! AND HE CANT LOCATE THE TECH TO FIND OUT WHY HE COULDN MAKE IT TO MY HOUSE. WHAT!!! is it a stranger coming to my house!!! So i get no phone call before my appointment to make sure its even coming and then i also get NO phone call yo reschedule. THIS COMPANY DOESNT CARE JUST A MONEY GRAB.Where is the customer service here and loyalty. I transfered my system which means i left a system at the old house. Which gave them a new customer. The "account manager" wont credit me my money or my cancelation fee which i pay for a system i dont have!!! Yeah thats right!!! Oh and they tried to guilt trip me by saying oh if we come at a early date well have to get someone over time. Well you didn show up the first time!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!! GO SOMEWHERE YOU TRUST THAT CAN WATCH YOUR HOUSE!!!

Great product, rather shady sales tactics, but the product and customer service makes up for it. The iOS app is great and allows full home control while on the move.

We're very happy with the new home automation system installed by Vivint. The installer was very knowledgeable about the product and services available. The system is user-friendly and is helping us keep our home energy efficient. The only issues we've come across are some scheduling challenges (e.g., one sales person confirmed the install date, and they missed it due to a error on their end), as well as some minor challenges accessing their website - both quickly rectified.

We heard alot of breakins so we got this system in. The guy cam door to door and said they would give equiptment for free if we paid the monthy $55. Good system for the most part... faulty sesnor in basement nerley cost us $300. As in Airdrie if you have faulse alarms and cops come the city charges you $150 each time. We didnt know that. The city said it was ok as long as we got it fixed. We called vivant and the person on the phone was so rude and said we had to pay over $100 to get him to come look at the sensor. We knew it was faulty and it was over an hour of arguing on the phone. Finally he said they had to come upgrade some stuff so if I was willing to pay half the amout they would cover the rest. I was not happy but it would save the $300 from the city. The service guy showed up and was awesome. He said it was the comapnys fault and would not charge us anything for it. The people when face to face are awesome... on the phone not so much.

I heard about Vivent through a friend and I am glad I signed up with this alarm system. Their are quick and on the ball. I always get notifications on my phone when something goes wrong. The settings and the control panel are very user friendly.
There was a time when a friend of my went into my house and didn't punch in the code fast in enough and I was notified right away by call. I was very impressed with their service!

Great alarm system and I definitely recommend to others. Also, the price isn't bad either!

Recently I had a Vivent Alarm salesman come to my door. He was very well informed about his product and took his time going over all the equipment options and what the monthly cost would be. It is amazing how I can check my alram status on my i-phone, turn my heat up or down and even unlock the doors if I want to. The equipment was free. Having the system makes my wife much more comfortable when I am out of town.

I decided to have a home alarm system installed and what drew me to Vivent was that it not only ran via telephone line but also wireless.It also featured a monitored smoke alarm which I find very reassuring when I am not at home.they were prompt and quick with the instalation and they are excellent at notifying the police and myself when an alarm goes off.There are also many other features about this alarm system that are extremely appealing I would cewrtainly recommend them to anyone considering installing an alarm system
