Worst company ever. An absolute nightmare to deal with. I can't even begin to describe the stress dealing with them had caused. They essentially picked up our stuff,under a different name which didn't have any negative reviews yet, and held it hostage. They kept changing our deleivery date to literally months after pick up. When we called we were spoken to in the most aggressive and rude manner. I was told to "shut up and listen" !by the manager Bryan. He also said if I ever wanted to see our stuff again I'd better be nice to him. Absolutely disgusting. We were told over and over our stuff was unable to be deleivered for at least another month. We ended up hiring a lawyer and within hours from hearing from the lawyer our stuff was magically on the way. A truly dispicable company.

Despite some of the questionable reviews on line, I had a positive experience with Green Movers related to a cost-effective recent long haul move from Markham Ont to Sooke BC. They arrived for pick up and delivery on time (actually early for delivery), and the crews at both ends were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Brock at Green Movers took care of me and made sure things went smoothly. With Brock at the helm, I would certainly hire Green Movers for a subsequent long haul move.

I hired this company months ago to store my items during a move. I have since contacted them multiple times via phone and email to retrieve my items and they have NEVER responded. They also charged my credit card way more than they quoted. I will be taking legal action against them, if they even exist at all. This is quite likely a fake business. DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVERY DEALT WITH. The people are EXTREAMLY rude! Even the receptionist yelled at me!! My shipment was delayed without telling me! They put me on hold countless times and gave me a runaround! No one can give me an answer on anything. The sales rep told me my shipment was suppose to be shipped out on the 20th so I arranged my pick up on the 14th. But when I called them few weeks after the pick up to confirm my shipment's arrival time... the accounting manager told me my stuff is still sitting in the warehouse and it won't be shipped until the 5th!! They didn't give me a student discount as promised and entered the wrong address on my invoice! I asked why my shipment hasn't been shipped out yet as they promised and the accounting manager YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME TO SHUT UP CAUSE I'M NOT UNDERSTANDING HER. When I asked her approx. when I can get my shipment she actually said "I don't have the answers to anything and there's nothing I can do" WHO ELSE WOULD HAVE ANSWERS FOR ME IF NOT YOU?!?!? She also attempted to hang up on me saying "I'm done talking, goodbye." IS THIS FOR REAL? I was so frustrated!! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. THE WORST PART IS THEY ALREADY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WAYYYYYY MORE THAN THEY QUOTED ME! Now I'm afraid none of my stuff will get shipped cause this company is so unreliable and disorganized! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. I wish I'd done my research before I signed the contract. STAY AWAY FROM GREEN MOVING AND STORAGE unless you enjoy the frustration of dealing with some of the worst people ever. I don't think I've ever been yelled at so much on the phone ... and I'm a customer. They treat their customers like trash. I can go on and on about this company but screw them I'm not gonna let them ruin my day. Seriously, DONT USE THIS COMPANY. JUST DONT. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Stay Away from this company, not only stay away but protect yourself from this type of crime. If I had only researched this company, even just the BBB I would have realized that they have been reported on numerous occasions. They have recently been on CBC news for a move that took 2.5 months to be delivered. This company refuses to give you their business licence number or an actual physical address to go to. Their mailing address goes to a postal box in a Shoppers Drug mart in Toronto. They not only maxed my credit card without authorization, but they have not delivered my move nor will they return my calls or respond to my lawyers demand to return my belongings! Stay as far away from this company as possible, and make sure you do your research. Contact CAM, BBB and make sure they have a business licence number you can check and read. As well as read reviews and do a research on consumer protection.

They sound cheap and promising but it turns out they are on the "customer beware list" of Ontario. They promise you what you want to hear, but turns out they are unreliable and don't care. They are never available, make excuses, can not reach and tell stories that are untrue. Two days after we made our deposit, our situation changed and we cancelled the move. Since then (16 days now) we are fighting to get it money back. All they do is ignore us. So we arranged the credit card company to book it back, we changed credit card (to prevent them to charge more without permission) and we reported them to the government of Ontario. Next step will be to sue them as well !

Be very very careful with them and better do not waste your time !!!

I have been very irked and angry by the so called services that have not been provided by them. They took money from me (advance payment of $100) and no one showed up in Nanaimo and picked up my stuff and I was assured that my stuff has been picked up and would reach my place in Edmonton in 2 Weeks and it has been over 6 weeks now. They filch money in the name of advance payment and no one picks up the stuff from your doorstep. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Don't fall for this trap!!! they are nice when they're booking you to take your money!

You're lucky if you get only half of your stuff!! almost all our valuables did not get delivered and the rest came broken!!!!

And they don't even respond to your claim, its been almost three months for us.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY IF you want/like your stuff delivered to YOU!

Another NO SHOW for them. I spent 2 days prior to their pick up date trying to confirm a time and was told constantly by the sales rep that their dispatch would contact me. They NEVER called me. Their Voicemail boxes are always full as well so you can never leave a message. Day of the move..NO SHOW COMPLETELY. I have not been contacted since and they are refusing to give me my deposit back. I have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This is worse company ever. Firstly no management and then day of moving; no phone call confirmation. Last moment cancellation. Had to pay double because of their last moment cancellation. Never ever go for this company.
