They came by and repaired it immediately and also reinstalled an eavestrough that had fallen off.

Perry at Assured Quality Roofing did my flat roof in 2018. Last week I noticed a trace of water coming through from around the main stack.
I called Perry at Assured Roofing and explained the problem. The response time was incredible. He was at my house within 2 days to caulk at the base of the main stack to resolve the issue. Thank you Perry and AJ. We had 5 different roofers who had visited and none of them were sure about where the leak was coming from without cutting into our roof. The roof was only 7 years old (under warranty from a previous roofer who was not honouring the warranty), and was leaking into our middle bedroom. Perry assessed our roof, walked us through different solutions of what the problem could be, and the cost of materials (both high and low). He was very personable and explained why he was doing what he recommended, and is committed to his clients, returning as needed to ensure the job is done.

In June 2021, Perry and his crew did such a great job on my flat roof that I decided that I would call them when the time came to do my shingle roof. Three weeks ago, they returned to do just that, and not surprisingly, they did an amazing job! This is a team that takes pride in providing a very high standard of work to the customer, and they go above and beyond to deliver it.

At the outset, Perry provides an in-depth analysis of what needs to be done and provides options on how the issue can be resolved. I cannot thank him and his team enough for the final excellent result. I am tempted to say that they brought their "A" game to the task, but now I am convinced that "A" is the only level they operate at...There is no cutting corners with this team.

As a customer, it's a relief and a blessing to find a roofer who has integrity and takes pride in providing great service from start to finish. I now have a roof that is not only structurally sound, but also aesthetically pleasing (my neighbours love it!). Being very thorough, the team cleaned up during and at the end of the job.

After a bad train. Storm found that the area around the skylight was leaking. Perry provided options over the phone as he familiar with theses situations. He came out on a weekend and went over and above the service.

My parents own several charming but aging houses in East Toronto that always have something or the other that needs fixing. For roof and gutter issues, Perry is our go-to guy because he is straightforward, reliable, and does excellent work.

The last job we used his company for was for an old semi-detached house that needed over half of its gutters replaced. It also has an extension into the back yard that had never had proper drainage installed for some reason, which was damaging the building.

Perry checked out the site with me and recommended the best course of action - what needed to be build where and why, where the water should be directed, what work was recommended versus what work was essential, etc. When we agreed on the job, he and his team did the work quickly, and left an immaculate job site behind. I followed up with the tenants months later on how the new system is doing and they are very pleased. Will definitely use these guys for our next job!
