Called at 8 O’clock and Albert showed up at 9. Albert replaced the broken spring within 45 minutes. Very professional and excellent work. I would definitely call this company again and highly recommend them.

I had a old solid wood garage door that needed replacing and was not a standard size. I left a message with Capital Garage Door Ottawa and received a call back within minutes and was give a quote over the phone. The quote was hundreds of dollars less then the other quotes I received. Albert arrived within two hours of the call and even after determining that it would require custom work did not raise the original quote. Not only was my door not a standard size but it was crooked. The door was perfectly installed before the end of the week. Albert was very professional and I was impressed with the fact that by himself managed to get that old extremely heavy door off. Pretty sure it would have killed me if l tried. Over all I could not have been happier with Albert or the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Albert was prompt, courteous, efficient, and quick. Showed up exactly when he said he would. The price he quoted me on the phone for cables was good, and did not suddenly increase when he showed up. He pointed out that the brackets were rusted through, which I had noticed before, and that was an additional cost but in my estimation well worth it, reasonably priced and saving another garage door related hassle in the near future. Albert also went above and beyond, as the pieces of carpet lodged under either side of the frame stopped the door from fully closing, but he kindly took out the two bolts on either side in order to free up the frame enough to work out the lodged carpet underneath, then put everything back together so that for the first time we have a garage door that closes all the way to the floor - no charge. Now that I think about it Albert has made our garage better than it was. Highly recommend his services!

Albert is very efficient and professional. He really knows what he is doing. We called him when our garage door couldn't close. He showed up on the same day and got everything fixed on the spot. His price is very reasonable as well.
