I contacted Tornado Plumbing because of their positive reviews. After speaking with Serhei he put me at ease and I was confident he would do a great job, and he did. Sergei and his guys removed the old fixtures and put the new ones in perfectly. Being a condo, there are certain challenges to the work but they took care of everything and gave me nothing to worry about. I highly recommend Serhei and his company for being professional, courteous, and for doing excellent work.

Sergey helped to replace one old toilet and one leaking faucet in the basement of one investment property I have. He also went to homedepot with me to help me pick up the toilet and faucet. Overall great experience. Sergey is Reliable, humble, good-hearted and knows what he is doing. His fee is also reasonable compared with the quotes I got from other plumbing companies. My basement bathroom is very small. So would be nicer if we have chosen a smaller toilet to fit into that narrow space. But again a lot of time contractors do not want to interfere with the owners especially if the smaller one is a lot more expensive that the bigger one. So I totally understand. Overall I am a happy customer. The work was done nicely and the place was left spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend Sergey to anyone. He is really quite pleasant to work with.

Serhiy and his team quickly and professionally installed a backwater valve and replaced some clogged pipes in our basement floor after a sewage backup. He consulted with us along the way so that we could choose what we wanted vs. needed to to do. We got quotes from other companies, but Serhiy was by far the most honest and knowledgeable. He and his team worked hard to ensure we had as little interruption as possible. They were polite, clean, professional and extremely responsive. Thanks Serhiy!

Sergey came the day after we called, and he made it at 8PM to fit our schedule. He was very courteous and efficient. He actually taught a few things about plumbing. He quickly replaced our faulty shut off valve and showed me how to properly drain my pipes. It will be -10C and below soon, and I am sure our pipes will not get frozen anymore.
