He gave me a quote quickly and once I agreed the work was scheduled immediately He arrived on time and the work done was excellent. He carefully explained how the system worked and tested it several times with me watching. He answered all my questions fully and never rushed. He cleaned up the work site fully. Service and work was excellent. From the time Peter arrived to quote the job to its completion, I was 100% satisfied with all aspects of the job. The team did an amazing job in very adverse weather conditions and worked long hours to get the job done - they did not cut corners, they insisted on doing the job right no matter how long it took. The team lead was extremely considerate of my circumstances and carefully blocked off all working areas after noticing toys in the area immediate adjacent to where he was working. Both team members were polite and professional at all times.

AAAAAAAAA+++++++++ service. Sergey and his team showed up on time, completed the job with no issues. Team was courteous to put up vapour barrier to keep in the dust down in the basement. Cleaned up everything when job was completed.

Yuri was AWESOME!!!! Called about a leaking pipe in my laundry room. The team provided a quote with the pictures which was great. Yuri arrived with the parts he needed, was very kind and walked me through the issue. when additional parts were needed, he had them ready. Tornado Plumbing took care of our drainage pipe and replacing the incoming city water line at a house we are renovating.

From our first interaction with Peter I felt at ease, everything was explained properly, we got a fair quote, the work was done to specifications quickly and properly and the crew that completed the work came at 9am and worked until late into the night each night to minimize the project length.

I am still waiting for the city inspection and Tornado to finish the front concrete walkway after that , but am confident in Serhei and his teams work and that this will all be wrapped up after the city inspection.

I am going to need the plumbing inside the house done and plan on getting a quote from Tornado and will be my preferred vendor on any plumbing jobs in this renovation

First time I have used Tornado and I was very impressed. Called them in the morning they immediately gave me a quote and made an appointment. Pieter showed up on time as promised and quickly did the job. I will definitely use Tornado again
