We built a new three piece bathroom as part of our basement renovation project, and we had Carlo come in to do the work.

Carlo was great to provide us with suggestions in terms of style of tile we ought to choose, where we should get our tiles from and the layout in which the tiles should be laid. Carlo showed up at the house on time, he took his time with the task at hand (which I love, as oppose to someone who rushes through the job to get on to the next one), and overall he did an excellent job with the tiling work.

• Proficient in removing and replacing damaged or discolored tiles without disturbing the base or surrounding tiles.
Skills in measuring, cutting and cracking tiles neatly and accurately to the desired shape and size are noteworthy and I also benefitted from his proven ability of applying perfectly leveled surface of mixture to walls for tile and marble installation which lays the grounds for a neat tile installation.

Called a few tilers but Carlo was the most prompt to call us back. After we met him, we didn't bother getting estimates from anyone else. He was highly knowledgeable, taught us as he went, was very clear about cost and had a comforting presence. He took care of getting the tile for us, passed along any savings that he got, was easy to arrange work times with, tidy and made great material recommendations when we were unsure. I called Carlo from a list of recommended installers I received from a tile store. We needed old tile removed, the floor levelled and new tile installed in our basement bathroom (43 square feet of floor). Carlo recommended a company to do the old tile removal and levelling (which was excellent) and then he did the tile installation. Our floor is beautiful and I WILL be recommending Carlo to my family and friends. Carlo did a fantastic job in a room that required a lot of tile cuts and careful planning to get the job done right. He did the work in a timely manner, arrived when he said he would and left the job site clean. We are delighted with our new floor. After several quotes, he was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. We felt very comfortable going with Carlo. Glad we did, he did a great job. The final price was what he quoted, no surprises and he was very courteous, on time and was very clean. We are very happy with his work and plan to use Carlo's services again. We recently hired Carlo to tile our main bathroom. Before Carlo could begin, there were a few problems with drywall that he addressed and fixed without any trouble. He knew exactly what to do and was very helpful in that regard. He communicated really well with us and was always professional. We are so thrilled with the job he did. Carlo gave a quote and stuck to it. He was efficient, always on time, cleaned up so well after himself each day. He went the extra mile trying to make sure everything was pleasing for us. He put the bars back securely which was very reassuring for an elderly person.
Carlo also dropped off samples and picked up the tile which was so helpful. His communication skills are excellent, we always knew what was happening next. So friendly!

We had Carlo tile 3 bathroom floors. The floors look great-he dose a professional job . He is punctual and his work is perfection.
