I came across Peter and his company, Premier Stairs and Floors Inc, from this website. We gave them a call, and Peter was there to quote us the next day. Now, what makes them stand out is how they do their job. You can see that they care and take pride in doing this because the end result is nothing short of perfect. There are absolutely no hidden fees (I know surprising right?). Everything is broken down to the smallest of details, so you know exactly how you are being charged. On top of that, their timing is also on point. The guys come on the date mentioned and finish the tasks on time.
Most importantly, Peter is always easy to reach. He always gets back to you, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is to your liking. We threw a lot at him, from last minute changes to our crown moulding design, to changing the design of our staircase spindles. And he delivered all of our requests without hesitation. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace, or restore their hardwood and staircase.

Peter and his crew refinished the floors on our main and second floor. The floors look amazing and we were very impressed with their commitment to making sure it was perfect for us. They addressed any small issues and concerns we had immediately. They were very easy to deal with throughout the process and we'd gladly use them again!

I used Premier to refinish the stairs in my condo, since the developer did such a poor job in the first place. Before I hired Peter, the developer spent 2 years dragging out the work and brought in unqualified staff to attempt and reattempt the work. It was pretty clear that I had to bring in a team that had expertise in this type of work.

I had called a number of different companies before retaining Premier, and this was the only company that said that the stringers and risers could be refinished (everyone else said I had to paint).

Peter and his team exceeded my expectations. They were professional, showed up when they said they were going to, and the final result was much better than I thought was possible. The stairs (including the risers and stringers) look perfect and in my mind, how they should have looked when the finished in the first place.

When the stairs were just about complete, I was asking some of Peters team about how to reseal a dining room table and they just offered to do it for me while they were there (at no charge). Totally unexpected but very appreciated. The table looks so much better and it only took them a couple of hours to do.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Premier again for any refinishing work that I have and already referred them to a friend that needs similar type of work done.

I can't say anything negative about the service. I am quite confident that you can trust Premier to do the job well.
