Brae was excellent, he was punctual, he diagnosed the problem, gave me a price , then proceeded to repair the furnace and cleaned up area,now I have heat again. I will recommend him to anyone.

He has done several jobs for us now and is always extremely professional- calls back promptly, takes care of the problem quickly and for the best price, and explains the situation in easy-to-understand terms. Our furnace died on Monday of this week. Brae and his team replaced it on Tuesday quickly and with the minimum of disruption, going the extra mile on the quality of installation. Very pleased, as always.

Read the one negative review he has which appears purely related to frustration over a gas shutoff. Having experienced a gas shutoff before I know how this feels, but in hindsight recognize why it needed to be done. Any reputable gas technician will have done the same thing. Brae is not your guy if your looking to circumvent safety regulation.

I never leave reviews, but this is my first review and Brae was great. He provided me with a new furnace humidifier and installation with a great 10 year warranty on the unit. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and very quick at responding and getting the job done. Great work Brae. I've booked another job with Brae already.

My first experience with Brae was excellent. It's a pity other trades people don't provide good service. He was thoughtful enough to notify me that he was running late (15 minutes), and the job was done efficiently and professionally. Payment by visa was a breeze, and I received an electronic receipt at the same time. Brae even offered advice on our non functioning air conditioner. I will definitely use his services again.
