These guys are fantastic. We were in a rush to get the job done and they were quick at coming to check it out, provide an estimate and schedule a date to get it done asap. We had water coming in and they did all the waterproofing outside and even put back the interlock as we asked for. They were very helpful and took the time to explain all details. They were all very friendly too. I highly recommend the team and would hire them again but hopefully I dont need to haha

We hired Direct Waterproofing to help us with our leaky basement - every time it rained, water was getting into our laundry room from outside. Terry was great to work with and was the reason we chose to go with Direct Waterproofing over other providers. He was very kind, surveyed the project, gave us his recommendation, and provided a reasonable quote. Once we decided to move forward, the work was complete in less than two days and Igor and team did a great job, doing great quality work and leaving no mess behind. From the moment I spoke to Terry after running into some issues with another company he made me extreamly comfortable and reassured me that he would have everything takin care of.
He told the truth, he was professional, honest, trustworthy, understanding and punctual!
There company is definitely the best out there the original company i called was cheaper but the headache I received from them I would have paid double.
He told me when they would start and end and they met that.
The workers Sergey and John and work horses. They had lots of hand digging to he done and with this hot weather we know it can be brutal, they did not stop.
They put down tarps to protect the neighbours driveway and grass from the dirt. They had to remove a fence to have access and put the fence back in better condition. As a nice jesture because they were hard workers and solid people I gave them coffee, water and pizza. That's how you treat great people.
It was a pleasure having them work at my house. I will definitely hire them again if I ever need for my clients.

am so impressed with his work. Recently I completed
my concrete project in the backyard and Terry
voluntarily helped me to redirect the sump pump drain
pipe underneath the concrete in my backyard for free.
