We had some water coming into our finished basement and couldn't figure out where it was coming from .

I received assessments from three different company's and I asked the person doing the assessment if they will be supervising the work .

Terry from Direct waterproofing , came to our house and actually came downstairs to see what the damage was and to listen to my story that the water was coming from one area. He said his team would dig down the side of the foundation and assess where the leak was coming from . They will cement patch, tar , wrap and back fill the area.

They found the area and showed me the problem , they took pictures as well and solved the issue quickly and with a very fair price compared to the other quotes . Terry supervised and his guys did an amazing job . Super clean up as well.

I had a water leakage issue in the basement after every rain for the last 2 years, but never found the root cause. This time I contacted Direct Waterproofing. Terry came in and checked and provided in depth plan on how to fix the foundation crack issue from outside. He was continuously in touch with me all these days and made me feel confident with the choice of solution seeing the cost involved (C$2000). And today, TERRY and his 2 very hard working team mates, JOHN and THOMAS, came in and dig the whole soil almost 7-8 feet, did all the treatment and re-filled everything in just 8 hours. I was there watching the whole process, and I can say I felt very satisfied with the hard work they put into this project. The price was worth it, but most importantly I got peace of mind now. I would highly recommend Terry and his team for any waterproofing work. They are very genuine and will not try to sell you unnecessary services. And they also give 25 years warranty.

Terry and his team patched up a massive crack around my entire home that was causing leakage during strong wind rain storms. Terrys pricing is reasonable and hes very accommodating - even patched up another spot that was originally quoted. I would definitely recommend him and his company and will use him in the future for any other issues.

Terry and his crew built 2 window wells for us at the back of the house, where the backyard slopes towards the house. They were quick, efficient and clean with their work. Im very thankful that they finished the work in one day because we had some torrential downpours right after!
