The customer service was remarkable. First time experience an infestation at my home. Often very embarassing to explain to anyone. However he was there to help not their to simply do his job. The rates were reasonable. I acknowledge the fact, they were easy to contact before, during and after the entire process. In a matter of a couple months, my home was cleared of all mice. I'd highly recommend them, if it was your first time or 10th time.

I called the company because there was an infestation of ants in part of our kitchen.
The lady who answered the call was very friendly, and explained what needs to be done.
The TECHNICIAN was prompt, professional, and very punctual.
He did a great job, and got rid of our ants issue.
I sincerely we hope we do not need to call him again.
We're very happy with service and feel confident in our decision.

I had a problem with mice or rats in my basement. I was very embarassed about this because I thought the only reason one would have rats is if the place is dirty. In other words I felt a little stigma to my problem. Anyway, the agent came over and was friendly and very positive about solving the problem. He provided me with his email so I could call anytime. After three weeks he followed up with me for a follow up appt. I would highly recommend Pest Control services.
