P.C.L. Finishes Inc

This was a huge job! We repurposed our garage, completely rebuilt our front porch with stone pillars, removed 5 layers off the house, added spray foam and then finished with James Hardie board and trim. We have a 100 year old heritage property and needed approval for our changes. Roberts team worked with our architectural plans and we are so happy with the finished product. Robert’s team are hard workers and have a great eye for detail. On more than a few decisions I had no idea how I wanted something to look and they talked me through options and their suggestions looked better than I could have imagined. There were a few bumps along the way and it took longer than we were expecting but the finished look was worth it!

The work was done professionally, high quality and with focus on detail. Rob and his team were courteous, friendly and informative. Extra work was done due to asbestos tiles that needed to be removed under the old aluminum siding. Rob had a professional removal team come the same day to remove the tiles. The price was reasonable for the job. I would definitely hire PCL if needed in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality contractors. Robert and his team rebuilt an exterior extension of a second floor bedroom including demolition, framing, window replacement, siding, roofing and drywall.

Robert is extremely busy but well worth waiting for. He is very professional and followed up to be sure we were totally satisfied. At the time I was recovering from hip replacement surgery so he even cleaned the 10 upper windows for us at no charge.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great job done by someone with integrity and expertise.

Rob and his team were fantastic. They put the Hardy Board face on our brand new custom home. The job they did was impeccable - like artists working on our home. Every detail was done perfectly and we continue to get comments about how beautiful the home is.

Rob and his team did an amazing job. They were very accommodating, ensuring all of our requirements were met - and sometimes we were changing our minds mid way through! The quality of finish is outstanding and the team really spent time on the smaller details. I found the team was not prepared to settle for sub-standard workmanship or short cuts - of something needed to be done it had to be done well! Well worth the money and we now have a home that looks fantastic and is protected from the elements!

PCL replaced three exterior doors on our house. As our home is quite old, built in 1922, any Reno is a challenge. Robert

We have used Robert and PCL for a bunch of different renovations at our Toronto home - he and the team at PCL has been great for all of them. I would highly recommend PCL for any interior or exterior renovations. The finish and attention to detail is excellent with PCL. Also one thing I love is the end of day clean up - PCL does a great job of this and it is critical if you are living at your house through renovations.
