The team at EcoStar Insulation were a great bunch of guys. We were doing a very big renovation of our house. We added a garage with a TV room and bedroom over top of it. The job consisted of the following;

• Removing the insulation in the attic of existing part of the house
• Spray insulation of the ductwork in the attic
• New blow-in insulation in the existing house and addition
• Spray insulation of all the walls and ceiling in the garage
• Spray insulation of 3 walls in the TV room and bedroom above the garage
• Spay insulation of all the ductwork in the garage

This was no small job, but the teams that we had here doing this were excellent. They were always here on time, cleaned up after themselves and were great to talk and joke with. Bernardo, the project manager, was excellent at explaining the entire job to me and telling me exactly what they would be doing. We cannot say enough about these guys, because they also had to put up with some unforeseen delays, which caused them to break up the job into chunks. We really appreciated their flexibility in completing our job. Thanks for the great work!

EcoStar insulated my mother's garage ceiling with spray foam. The workers showed up to her house early in the morning over two days and professionally removed the existing drywall ceiling, sprayed foam insulation, and reinstalled new drywall. They also insulated an expose area underneath her bay window and were thoughtful enough to provide new cladding. The EcoStar team patiently responded to any questions we had and were even able to provide product information of the insulation they used. As an architect, I was impressed with their honesty and commitment to customer service. I and my family will definitely use EcoStar for future areas we need to insulate.

We did a full gut renovation and hired EcoStar to install spray foam insulation for our entire house. Enri was very accommodating to our schedule and patient with our questions. His crew always showed up on time and left the space super clean afterwards. Our city inspector even commented on how great the work was and passed our insulation inspection upon the first visit. Very happy with Enri's team. They did spray insulation for my whole house, always arrive on time and finish work as scheduled. Enri is always willing to answer my questions and explained to me what to expected which is very helpful for me to understand the process.

We needed to insulate exterior walls of our house from the garage side and after several estimates I chose Eco Star for their reasonable pricing.The work was done promptly and clean .By my request a couple of areas were sprayed a bit extra.Very happy with outcome.Contacted Eco star again to spray foam inside the house.Hope it will be an excellent work done again.

Received email from Enri at EcoStar with booked appoint date. We took the day off work. Day of appointment, I called to confirm time of arrival at 10am. Receptionist advised they don't have a record. Enri called at 10:15am said they will be at our house around noon. I called at 2pm, no one answered any of the numbers, including their receptionist desk. Enri called at 3pm said he won't make the appointment and wants to come the next day. We asked for a discount, to make up for the pay and time we lost. No concern, respect or care that he acted unprofessionally and wasted our time. He said no.
We took our business to a more professional establishment.

Open communication, great friendly staff, honest and true to their word and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Highly recommended and will continue to use when needed. Thank you!
