We had an issue with or outside taps leaking into our house. Ryan stopped by on a Saturday to check things out(no charge to us) and followed up with a very reasonable estimate of the cost to fix the issue. We scheduled a time for him to come by and fix the issue, and him and his associate were very professional and efficient. I would definitely use Ryan again for any future plumbing issues and recommEnd him to friends!

Excellent job on replacing our leaking water heater. They were able to come within a day where others needed up to a week. Very pleasant to work with and reasonably priced.

On the long weekend of July 1st on the Saturday morning, our water heater required replacing. After more than 10 phone calls and leaving messages on the "emergency" lines of Okotoks and Calgary companies, I was unable to contact anyone (even the larger companies). In the early afternoon, I received one phone call and Ryan from Rymill Mechanical gave me a quote and was out here in the rural area to install the new water heater.

I needed a plumbing permit for a basement reno from 11 years ago that my contractor didn't pull!
I only found out when I went to sell my house and the permit was part of the sale conditions, but there was no permit on record with the city.
I spoke with a couple of companies that at first seemed to understand the problem and my time crunch - but I ended up losing a couple of days because they got busy and didn't get back to me despite their promises.
I contacted Ryan, he LISTENED said he'd be out the next morning and take a look at the situation. He was on time, professional, told me the steps that were required. He did the work, pulled a permit, got a city inspector out the next day...and he didn't gouge me with a huge bill despite knowing that my condition date was only three days away.
I would hire him again and recommend him in a heart beat.

My hot tank broke. I didn't have hot water for a few days. After searching for various companies that can replace hot tanks, I was told to wait at least one week and live without hot water. Then I contacted Ryan, and he told me that he can replace my old tank the following day. The next day, he came in the afternoon and replaced my hot water tank. It took a few hours of work. He did his job efficiently and professionally. Thank you!
