House Foundation Rescue!

Having a home is always a lot of hard work, care, and love. When you need help, you want someone to tell you they got it and not to worry! We were thrilled to have Vlad and his team from Waterproofing PD visit us and take care of the cracks in our foundation... they come with years of experience and great reviews! The team at Waterproofing PD answered all my questions, and provided me extra honest advice about how to care and extend the life of our home for the areas that I could learn to take care of better. Waterproofing PD focused on what they knew they can take care of while giving me pointers on the other parts of the house that I can manage on my own. Alex and Kyle spent two separate days working on restoring and sealing our foundation that had not been probably touched since it was built in the 1920’s! It is important that I can approach and talk to a contractor at anytime during a project to ask questions so I can understand the work. The entire team always made time to welcome me and explain the work they were doing. We now feel so much better to know our home will live out an even longer life, and that we have new friends at Waterproofing PD that we would call in a heartbeat the next time we need help from people we know we can trust. Thank you Vlad and your entire crew!!!

Sump Pump Replacement

Great service. Alex was very professional - he came with the proper equipment, he was dressed professionally and he explained everything that was going to happen to replace our sump pump. He completed the work efficiently too. Prices were very fair and I felt they weren’t trying to gouge us. Very honest. Would highly recommend this company!

Great customer service and exceptional delivery of work

We had a perpetual leak in our basement near the fusebox. We had several companies come in to provide possible reasons and solutions and Alex was by far the most knowledgeable and patient with the number of questions we had. With follow-up questions Alex was patient to answer and quick to respond. The day of Alex and team was prompt to arrive and setup. They worked the full day and provided stage by stage updates for us to see progress and when the source of leak was identified Alex provided us with pictures and once sealed also completed pictures. No leak since and we will be contacting and recommending Water PD in the future.

Sump pump replacement

Our sump was making so much noise it was shaking the house when it went off and it went off a lot! Edgar responded really quickly, explained the problem and scheduled the work for the next day. We managed to have it fixed before the holidays which was a big relief. Edgar and his team were really professional and courteous. The sump is now very quiet and working well. Will definitely use Edgar again!

Foundation Repair

I had a crack in the foundation of my house so I found Waterproofing PD on Homestars. Alex came out the next day and assessed the problem and provided a solution with a very reasonable price. He and his crew arrived within four days and had the entire job completed in approximately eight hours. The price he quoted was the price I paid with no hidden charges.
I would Highly recommend Waterproofing PD to seal your foundation.

Repairs to Leaky Basement

Vlad got right back to me after my first web inquiry. Alex came by the house two days later and was right on time. Hydro and Enbridge clearances received very quickly. The crew was friendly and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. They took care to protect my neighbor's property and left the worksite in a clean state of repair. Job was completed within the quote and Alex even offered to put more gravel down after the backfill compacted. Basement seems dryer but will revisit my review in the spring. So far so good.
