My furnace had stopped working so I had placed a call to Hassib (Owner) at Hatco Hvac. After explaining I was without heat with a 5 year old son and a renter he made sure to come by the same day to take a look at my problem. After a thorough investigation, he determined a major part within the furnace had blown and was the issue to why I had no heat. He took the time to explain a variety of different options as to how he could remedy the situation. After deciding what the best course of action was, Hassib, given my current situation booked me in for service the very next day (keep in mind temperatures at this time were going below 0 overnight) even though he was fully booked. His team arrived, on time, completed the job efficiently and within a timely manner and left my home spotless. His service is superb, I would highly recommend him to anyone! He is an honest, hard working man and deserves my business, I would use him again and again (although I'm hoping I don't have to)!

Our furnace broke down and we called Hatco and they came within half an hour to diagnose the problem. We needed a new circuit board. It was installed the next day and now we have heat! We appreciated the fast response, reasonable prices and diagnostic skill in determining what needed fixing. They will be our first choice for any future HVAC needs and we will be recommending them to all our neighbours and friends.

Prior to contacting HATCO we had called another company who gave us a long list of parts that needed replacing and recommended we purchase a new furnace instead. So glad we found HATCO.

Haseeb is a very diligent and professional HVAC contractor. His communication skills are good. He is diligent in it's work and good at keeping the websites clean and tidy. Also, he is good at suggesting and providing measurers for the long-term - I.e.. maintenance requirements

Hassib at Hatco HVAC did an outstanding job installating a 2.5ton AC unit, the installation was clean and efficiently run on the outside and inside of the house. Hassib provided details on how to best maintain the unit and how to clean it to maintain peak operation. I initially requested a 3ton unit, but Hassib took the opportunity to explain to me what benefits and drawbacks and why for my home a 2.5ton would be better. Additionally Hassib installed two additional gas lines, one for an outdoor BBQ hookup and other for a gas stove hookup. He ran the lines very neatly and tidily in the basement ceiling ensuring proper clearances and proper flow. The installation on the outside of the house was very clean and located exactly where I wanted the BBQ to sit. The gas line for the stove was drilled very clean through the tile making minimal impact on the floor and being positioned perfectly for the new stove to go in. Hassib was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Hatco to everyone. Please note that the approximate cost below includes all the hardware and installation of an AC unit, two additonal gas lines and two hookups.

I wish there was a 10 star rating to give Hassib. I can't think of a more knowledgeable and honest person to do the work. Has done repairs and installations for both my home and business. Just recently saved me a great deal of money by claiming the repairs against warranties. Also had a very problematic Air Conditioning system at work and I was impressed by how he found out the problem and by the results of the work he did. The system worked like a clock this summer. Save me thousands. The charges are always very reasonable. Unusual nowadays to find someone this commercially fair and honest. Highly recommend him.
