When I called Same Day I was impressed with a quick and professional response. The service call was timely and the diagnosis of the stove problem was accurate. The fee and the options I had were explained very clearly. After Artie put in the new part, the oven was ready to go. Great to have this service in our city.

Same day appliance repair is the go to guys!! Fast response, accurate and on time to the appointment that was given to me. Communication skills are great. Explained everything to me because I am an appliance dummy. Installed my new washer and dryer stackable unit and even removed the old one. They even cleaned up the area where they worked. Great work guys, i am a very satisfied customer and will use them again for any other appliance with any issues.

After doing some tests on common issues, they found the culprit and replaced the heating element. John even was kind enough to throw in a new latch for my door as mine was broken as well.
