1) Joyce is wonderful. Knowledgeable, attentive and will actually LISTEN to me and would make recommendations and offer the best deal she can within MY constraints.

2) right family run business and NO sub-contracting to unknowns.

3) Crew was prompt, on-time and professional. Work was done within 5 hours. Tarps were laid out for protection and cleanup was thorough.

4) Pictures of progress given to me in real-time. Any structural issues on roof and eavestroughs were dealt with and they kept me informed. The end results were so professional. It was perfect.

5) Joyce was personally on-site to oversee progress and to liaise with me if there was any concerns or issues that come up. This gave me a lot of reassurance. She was always very accommodating and super friendly. She even had her crew help with with an old abandoned birds nest that was difficult for me to rid of because it was so high up. Her crew also helped perform some minor fixes around the outside of the house. (No charge for any of these! )

6) Unfortunately, the work resulted in some very minor damage to a neighbours property (broken concrete slab on their walkway). It’s a big job. Accidents happen even with the best crews. The really great thing was that Joyce came to inspect and totallly owned up to it. Didn’t try to fight it at all! She immediately offered compensation. (Damage was small only $40). But wow...how great is that?

7) DH was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super reliable, super trustworthy and truly cares about customer satisfaction. This is one of the BEST experiences I’ve had with a contractor in a long time. Highly highly recommended.

8) almost forgot this: out of 6 quotes I sought from some highly reputable and even some less reputable companies, DH’s quote was among the most competitive (best price). So... best price, best service and outstanding work and follow up support (on neighbours damage).... who can ask for more?!?

Joyce was the main point of contact, and she was very responsive and communicative with us. She provided samples, pictures and info that helped us make our decision and scheduled the project quickly. The team showed up at 8am with extra help since it was a heat wave and finished very quickly. They covered outdoor furniture, garage door, and plants to ensure they were protected. They went around the property a few times to pick up all the nails from the original roof and also took care of all the garbage. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They noticed that there was a section that animals could get into the roof, and offered to close it off. They also came back to check on the roof after it was done. I would highly recommend Joyce and her team.

So far so good. Added a ventilation. Very professional and efficient. Inspected the base boards of the roof and the insolation. They fix whatever they see too for a minimal cost. Definitely will recommend that to friends and family.

DH Roofing is what customer service and skill should be held at. Replacing my Shingles with absolute professionalism and attention to detail. Cleaning up and leaving my home as nothing ever happened. Cleanliness was their top priority and executed flawless.

And I am very satisfied with their work and the roof color. And I also referred to my friends. All of them have a high comment.

Very pleased with their crew and repair work that they provided me last week. I had a leak from my bathroom. I called them on the morning and they arrived at the same day done the repair for me. The roofers took the time to explain exctly what was doing. The service price is very reasonable.

DH roofing help me to replace entire roof 2 years ago. The quality was very good, they helped me to pick shingle color very patiently. They finished in one day which shocked me and doing a very good job, and I never need to worry about leaking problem again.
