A lovely polite young man came knocking on our door. He wanted to wash our windows so we accepted, for “$140”! The windows were washed quickly but still very unclean! I brought him into the house to so that he could see how dirty they still were! He could see right away how dirty they still were, so he rewashed them! The screens were not taken off the windows and he said that was ok as he had washed them thoroughly and they would indeed be clean! I doubted that but took him at his word as he was so nice, saying it was his first day!!
He took off $15 so we did pay $125 but absolutely a waste of money!
I am rarely persuaded but I lapsed as my windows were filthy and he was so nice!
He said someone would come and go up on a ladder to remove bird poop from a window that he could not get clean! He left me a number to call but all I get when I call this number is “this number cannot be reached”!
Don’t be a sucker like me!
Don’t give the guy who comes knocking at your door with a brush your business!

I too wish I had checked the reviews. Unfortunately, when a salesperson comes knocking at the door, you rarely have the luxury of time. The job was done quickly and the employee was polite. Now for the windows, they are streaked and definitely not clean. What I should have done is to ask them about the cleaning process and not assumed that they would go over each surface to remove the streaks. Too late to kick myself, but lesson learned for the next time someone comes knocking at the door.

I was told they would remove all the co webs from the house and the dust off the windows with their streak free spray. The windows were still wet at the end of the job but I was assured they would dry streak free. Not only did they forget to do some windows but our windows have never looked worse (although they did remove most cobwebs). Streaks that don’t even come off with regular water. I texted the salesman who never returned my call. I was forced to do an etransfer on the spot when the job was done and was told I would receive a receipt, which I didn’t. Buyer beware!

Wish I had read the review before. A poor job. The kind of job you expect the surly teenager to do when he doesn't really want to work. The window I see when I first walk into the door looked about the same as when I left it. They just didn't rub. Pretty superficial.

Nice the CEO knocked on my door and quoted 175 plus tax to have my windows cleaned. Job was completed late evening and by morning once the sun was out the windows looked worst then before him and his partner came. I phones him and left a voice mail telling him that streaks and spots were all over the windows and he's never returned my call. For a guy that calls himself the CEO he has no consept of customer service and doing the job correctly as he stated. Do not use this company as they are a complete rip off.

John and his team did a wonderful job in cleaning of our exterior windows for our house- after 16 years of torture from glue and not being cleaned due to energetic children and adolescents, John and his team managed to not only remove the glue from our windows, but cleaned all our windows- squeaky clean and clear.
