Pllumb was reliable in showing up and completing the job in the time promised. As this job is in an older house, the previous tile floor was built up and did not line up with the living room hardwood floor. He demolished all the previous flooring and built very solid and levelled subfloor for the tiles to be flushed with the hardwood floor. It is a big improvement.

We had a tub/shower in our bathroom that needed a complete re-tile. We had chosen large format tile (2' x 4') which we were not able to deal with ourselves and had a hard time finding anyone willing to take on the project. Pllumb stepped in and handled the job with no problem. He arrived on time and left the place clean. The tile work was beautiful! Thanks for saving us and doing such a wonderful job!

The finished work in our master bathroom is wonderful. We wanted a fresh, open and clean look for our master bathroom renovation. Pllumb’s knowledge and experience was obvious from the get go and he worked with us to get the colours, textures and openness we really wanted. He was very patient with me and my indecisiveness and he was always reliable and on time. He never rushed me. The job was completed when he said it would be and he was very conscientious making sure everything was perfectly cleaned up before he left. Not just at the finish of the job but also daily.
