Had 2 huge windows and 2 small windows installed. Gave very competitive price and install quality was exceptional. The crew did not rush and completed the job to my satisfaction. Communcated from sell to install. Crew arrived on time, protected my property and cleaned up nicely. Thank you TrustBuild. This was my 1st phase. For years I have been seeing light coming through the bottom of my very dated front door. The back door was better but in the winter and spring the lock would have to be adjusted so the door would close. The front door would fly open if it wasn't locked. I sat down with Alex and he gave me a quote, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a quote. He told me what kind of locks to buy and that my brick work was in trouble. He found me someone do do the bricks and arranged the whole thing. Every time I emailed him he got back to me within 10 minutes and was so wonderful. Leon, the installer was also amazing and put in the locks I bought perfectly. I loved this experience.

loved the service I received from Alex the sales rep. The door seems to be a good quality we only tinselled it April 2019, the biggest difference is service Alex came on site during installation, unlike the previous window company we used, where sales people promise you everything and installation people do a poor job.

We had our garage broken into from our backyard using the side door a few weeks ago. It was terrifying to know someone was on our property. We contacted Leon right away and he came to take measurements and gave us options and ideas for extra security. Within a weeks time he was back with 2 doors one for our back walk out to our deck (needed replacing) and one for the side of the garage. The work and professionalism was incredible. The doors are fantastic, sturdy, he added extra locks and security for us to feel safe again. The work Leon provides is just phenomenal, did a great job explaining how the doors are being installed and where the extra security locks are. Cleaned everything once he was finished and provided an outstanding service. Thank you so much Leon for making us feel safe in our home again.
